At ZYNOVA LLC (“ZYNOVA”), we strive to provide high-quality IPTV playlist and EPG editing services through our white-label platform. To maintain transparency and fairness, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Subscription-Based Services

ZYNOVA offers subscription-based access to its services (Basic and Advanced Plans). Due to the nature of digital services and immediate access upon payment, all subscription fees are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law or expressly stated below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be granted under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If you were charged multiple times for the same service.
• Technical Failure: If the ZYNOVA platform was inaccessible or non-functional due to a system-wide error for more than 48 consecutive hours and no reasonable workaround was provided.
• Unauthorized Charges: If a payment was made fraudulently or without your authorization, and promptly reported (within 7 days of the charge).

All refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] within 7 calendar days of the transaction.

3. Exclusions

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind or personal dissatisfaction with channel content availability.
• Misuse of the service or lack of understanding of its features.
• Failure to use the service during the active subscription period.
• Issues resulting from third-party hardware, apps, or internet connectivity.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future renewals, but no refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing period unless covered by Clause 2 above.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. ZYNOVA is not liable for any delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting ZYNOVA for resolution may result in immediate suspension of your account and permanent service termination. We reserve the right to dispute any unjustified chargebacks with full supporting documentation.
